Hi! I’m Raha , the heart behind “JoyfulRoots“. I created this space because wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it starts with genuine connection—not just services.

Like many of you, I’ve faced burnout, stress, and that nagging feeling that wellness should feel more nurturing than exhausting. So, I shifted the script—and built a brand grounded in compassionate guidance, rooted in lived experience, and backed by real knowledge.
